Interesting game. I definitely felt how you felt when you had to go though the job hunting. And it felt very real. No overdramatic events, just real world events that everyone can relate to. Nice job man.
thank you so much for your gameplay and for your words. I watched the whole thing and your final words were very supportive and reassuring! So keep it up :)
Beautiful game. I love when games have something to say and communicate, and they use game design to get it across in a new, creative and intelligent way. I wish the world was a lot fuller of these kinds of expressive games full of personality. PS: The artstyle is amazing I love the lighting the colors the shader and the tank controls
That motivation bar is quite realistic lol. I am seeing more and more neglected talent: people who have all sorts of neat ideas who are being ignored by both academia and industry. I am hopeful that some of their innovations, not constrained by the cooperate world, will move society forward.
I agree. The hiring process feels too separated from the actual talent or potential of people applying. As the industry grows, specially on entry positions, it feels more like you're filling a checklist.
Honestly, as someone who was stuck in a never-ending job search for 2 years around the 2008 Recession, this one felt real. I enjoyed the concept and just how mind melting it felt even after only 5 minutes. Not sure if the day I lost on is beatable, but even if it is I'm content.
First of all, thank you very much for your comment and the gameplay! it really means a lot that you took this effort. The game itself is not "beatable" in the orthodox way, as it should convey the feeling that, whether you feel that you're doing good and your applications are good or not, the result is the same. There is another ending anyways if you choose to leave through the door on the last day.
